To reserve your room at a discounted rate, please call or email Coconut Bay's group department and provide them with the group number, your travel dates, and room occupancies (with ages of children if applicable). You will be required to submit a group reservation form even if you call. You can provide the last 4 degits of your credit card on the form and the rest over the phone for additional privacy if desired.

Guests will be responsible for booking their own airfare.  If you have questions or would like assistance, please feel free to email or text Titus. Coconut Bay Resort is only 2km from Hewanorra International Airport at Vieux Fort (UVF). Fllights in December are limited with usually only one departing flight per day. It is important to book airfare well in advance if planning to attend. Shuttles to and from airport are provided by resort for wedding guests.
